Terms & Conditions

By attending or participating in CardFesta events, you agree to the following:

1. Event Entry

  • Entry requires a valid ticket or registration

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual at our discretion

2. Tickets & Refunds

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated

  • No refunds for missed attendance

  • Event details (date, time, location) may change without notice

3. Vendor Terms

  • Vendor spaces are only confirmed upon full payment

  • All vendor payments are non-refundable under all circumstances unless explicitly approved by the organizer.

  • Tables are non-transferable without approval

  • Vendors must comply with all event rules and venue policies

  • We reserve the right to remove vendors who violate policies without refund

4. Transactions Between Attendees & Vendors (IMPORTANT)

CardFesta is not a party to transactions between buyers and vendors.

We are not responsible for:

  • authenticity of items

  • condition of items

  • pricing disputes

  • refunds between parties

All purchases are made at your own discretion.

5. Fraud & Disputes

  • Any disputes regarding items must be handled directly between buyer and seller

  • CardFesta does not mediate, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any transactions

6. Conduct

  • No illegal items or activities permitted

  • No harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior

  • Failure to comply may result in removal from the event

7. Liability

CardFesta is not responsible for:

  • lost, stolen, or damaged items

  • injuries, accidents, or incidents at the event

  • any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the event

All attendees and vendors participate at their own risk.

8. Media Consent

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.

9. Payments & Chargebacks

By purchasing a ticket or vendor space, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • denial of future event access

  • further action where necessary

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
